THIS DOCUMENT CONSTITUTES A LEGALLY ENFORCEABLE AGREEMENT. BY
ACCESSING, DOWNLOADING, OR UTILIZING THE TRIVOZO PLATFORM
(WEBSITE OR MOBILE APPLICATIONS), YOU AFFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ,
COMPREHENDED, AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE ENTIRETY
OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
1. DEFINITIONS AND SCOPE OF AGREEMENT
This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") governs the comprehensive relationship between
Trivozo Hospitality (OPC) Pvt Ltd ("Trivozo", "the Company", "We", "Us") and any registered or
unregistered person or entity ("User", "Partner", "You") utilizing our digital infrastructure. Our services
encompass multi-service modules including but not limited to Stay (Accommodations), MealUp (Culinary
Services), and Carpooling (Transport Facilitation). The Company is a registered entity under the laws of
India, headquartered in Pune, Maharashtra, 411041.
2. AGGREGATOR ARCHITECTURE AND LIMITATIONS
Trivozo operates exclusively as a technology-intermediated marketplace and aggregator. We provide the
digital venue for independent third-party Service Providers ("Partners") to advertise their offerings. It is
explicitly understood that:
• Non-Ownership: Trivozo does not own, lease, manage, or control any hotel, hostel, kitchen, or
vehicle listed on the platform.
• Stay Module: We facilitate bookings only; property maintenance, hygiene, and on-site service
delivery are the sole liabilities of the property partner.
• MealUp Module: We connect users with independent chefs. Trivozo does not inspect preparation
environments or certify dietary compliance.
• Carpooling Module: We facilitate ride coordination. Trivozo does not maintain a fleet and is not a
common carrier or transportation provider.3. PROPRIETARY CONTENT AND DATA INTEGRITY
The platform enables the uploading of data, including room inventory, menus, ride logistics, pricing, and
multimedia. You acknowledge and agree that:
• Partner Liability: Users and Partners are solely and exclusively responsible for the legality,
accuracy, and completeness of any content, listings, pricing, images, or descriptions they upload.
• No Warranty of Accuracy: Trivozo does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or reliability of any
third-party information. Any reliance placed upon such information is strictly at your own individual
risk.
• Intellectual Property: All software, branding, and platform architecture are the exclusive property
of the Company. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
4. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT, DELETION, AND TERMINATION
Access to the platform is a privilege, not a right. Users must be at least 18 years of age to establish a
contractual relationship with the Company.
• Account Deletion: Users may permanently delete their account through the app settings or by
contacting Trivozo support directly via email. Upon deletion, data retention shall be governed by our
Privacy Policy and statutory requirements.
• Right to Terminate: Trivozo reserves the absolute right, at its sole and unfettered discretion and
without prior notification, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account for fraud, abuse,
safety violations, illegal activity, or non-compliance with platform policies.
• Indemnity from Termination: The Company shall not be liable to you or any third party for any
loss resulting from the termination of platform access.
5. RATINGS, REVIEWS, AND COMMUNITY STANDARDS
The platform relies on honest feedback to maintain service quality. By submitting content, you agree to
the following:
• Truthfulness: All reviews and ratings must be based on genuine, first-hand experiences and must
remain honest and non-misleading.
• Moderation: Trivozo reserves the right to remove or block any review deemed to be fake, abusive,
defamatory, or manipulated to unfairly influence a Partner's standing.6. FINANCIAL PROTOCOLS AND PAYMENT GATEWAYS
Trivozo facilitates financial transactions through professional third-party infrastructure. However, the
following conditions apply:
• Gateway Failures: Trivozo utilizes independent third-party payment gateways and is not responsible
for transaction failures, processing delays, bank-related technical issues, or unauthorized deductions
occurring within the payment provider's environment.
• Service Fees: Membership subscriptions, promotional listing fees, and platform convenience charges
are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
7. OPERATIONAL AVAILABILITY AND DISCLAIMER
Trivozo provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform's
operation will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We disclaim all liability for technical malfunctions,
internet downtime, or disruptions caused by maintenance or external cyber interference.
8. PARTNER VERIFICATION AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE
Trivozo reserves the right to mandate the submission of proof of identity, business registration (GST),
vehicle insurance, or culinary certifications. Failure to provide such documentation within requested
timelines shall result in immediate listing deactivation or total account suspension.
9. COMPREHENSIVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL TRIVOZO BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY,
PROPERTY DAMAGE, ALLERGIC REACTIONS, OR ACCIDENTS ARISING FROM THE ACTIONS
OR OMISSIONS OF THIRD-PARTY PARTNERS. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trivozo
Hospitality (OPC) Pvt Ltd against all claims arising from your use of the platform.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal proceedings arising from this
Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
