consistent practices regarding the collection, management, use, and protection of your data
when you engage with our services.
MANDATORY USER CONSENT & ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Users are required to accept this Privacy Policy in its entirety during the account
registration process before gaining access to the mobile application or website
services. By proceeding with account creation, logging into the platform, or utilizing
any of our integrated service modules, you provide explicit, informed, and affirmative
consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your information as detailed
within this document. If you do not agree with these terms, you must immediately
stop using our services.

This policy governs every interaction within the Trivozo digital ecosystem. This includes our
primary website (www.trivozo.com), our official mobile applications available on digital
marketplaces, and our three core specialized service pillars: Trivozo Stay (accommodation
aggregator), MealUp (culinary and home-chef services), and Carpooling (logistics and shared
mobility). We have structured this disclosure to be transparent and thorough, ensuring that
every user understands how their data powers a safe and efficient service experience.2. COMPREHENSIVE DATA COLLECTION AND RATIONALE
We strictly follow the principle of data minimization, collecting only the specific information
required to provide you with a high-quality, professional, and secure community environment.
The categories of data we acquire include:
User Profile and Registration Data: During the signup process, we collect your full legal
name, a verified and active email address, a mobile contact number, and a high-resolution
profile photograph. This data is essential for establishing a unique digital identity, enabling
account recovery, and personalizing your user interface across all service modules.
Statutory Identity Verification: To maintain high standards of safety and trust within our
community, users are required to submit a digital copy of a government-issued
identification document. This verification is a mandatory requirement for users
participating in the Stay, MealUp, and Carpooling modules. This process is vital for

Advanced Location-Based Services: Our platform relies on precise location data to
function effectively. For the Carpooling module, location data (including background
location, if enabled) is collected only when a trip is active or when the user has explicitly

not in use. For Stay and MealUp, location data allows us to provide localized, proximity
based recommendations for hotels and culinary services.
Financial and Transactional Information: All financial transactions are handled through
secure, PCI-DSS certified third-party payment gateways. Trivozo does not store, nor do we
have access to, your full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or other sensitive payment
credentials on our internal servers.
Technical Metadata and Diagnostics: We automatically log non-personal technical data
including your device type, IP address, operating system version, and interaction telemetry.
This information is used for system diagnostics, fixing software errors, optimizing
application performance, and maintaining a secure platform against cyber threats.3. STRATEGIC DATA UTILIZATION
The Company processes your information based on the legal grounds of contractual necessity,
legitimate business interests, and safety requirements. Our utilization includes:
Execution of Core Services: This involves managing your room reservations, matching you
with compatible carpool partners based on logistics, and facilitating the end-to-end
processing of your food orders within the MealUp ecosystem.
Community Safety and Trust: We use location tracking and identity verification protocols
to create a transparent and secure environment for all participants, which is essential for
shared mobility and hospitality services.
Operational Communications: Your data allows us to send essential updates, including
booking confirmations, real-time trip status, security alerts, and comprehensive customer
support responses.
Platform Innovation: We analyze anonymized usage patterns to identify trends, which
allows us to refine our user interface, improve accessibility, and create new features for our
users.
4. AUTHORIZED DATA DISCLOSURE AND SHARING
Trivozo maintains a strict policy against the sale, lease, or unauthorized trading of your
personal data to third parties. We do not use your personal data for advertising or sell it to
third-party advertisers. We share information only with authorized entities necessary for
service fulfillment:
Service Inventory Partners: We transmit relevant booking details to hotel and
accommodation providers (such as Yatra.com) to ensure your stay is confirmed and
finalized correctly.
Logistics and Culinary Fulfillment: Specifically for the MealUp module, your contact
information and physical delivery address are shared with our logistics partners and
delivery personnel to ensure accurate delivery of your food orders.Mapping and Navigation APIs: We use industry-standard mapping services (such as
Google Maps) to process location data for distance calculations, route optimization, and
navigation within the Carpooling module.
Legal and Regulatory Compliance: We may disclose personal information if required by a
legal order, court summons, or government regulation, or if such action is necessary to
protect the safety, rights, and property of our users or the Company.
5. USER DATA CONTROL AND RETENTION STANDARDS
In alignment with the Google Play Store User Data Policy, we ensure that you remain the sole
owner and controller of your information:
Defined Data Retention: We retain your personal data only for the duration necessary to
provide our services and fulfill the legal and contractual obligations outlined in this policy.
Following this period, your data is either securely deleted from our active databases or
rendered completely anonymous.
