2. Intellectual property
Trivozo names, logos, UI, and marketing materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or use them without prior written permission except as allowed for ordinary personal sharing of links to our site.
3. Governing law & jurisdiction
These matters are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of the platform, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
4. Dispute resolution
We encourage you to contact support first. Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes may be referred to arbitration or courts as set out in our Terms & Conditions and applicable law.
5. Compliance
Partners offering food, transport, or accommodation are expected to comply with licences and regulations applicable to their services. Users must comply with local laws when using Trivozo.
