1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Trivozo’s website, applications, and services. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Our role
Trivozo provides a technology platform to discover and book stays, food, and rides offered by independent partners. We are not the hotel operator, restaurant, or transport provider unless expressly stated. Contracts for the underlying service are between you and the partner, subject to their policies and these Terms.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users.
4. Bookings & payments
Prices, availability, and partner rules shown at checkout apply. You authorise us and our payment partners to charge applicable fees. Taxes and partner surcharges may apply as displayed.
5. Acceptable use
You will not misuse the platform, interfere with services, harass users or partners, or use Trivozo for unlawful purposes. We may remove content or limit access where necessary.
6. Disclaimers & liability
Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trivozo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Governing law
